Eric Georgeson is a Producer, Director, Cinematographer & Editor from Los Angeles, CA. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Eric has worked on a wide variety of projects including feature films, music videos, commercials, and more.

Eric began his career in NYC working as a Set Photographer and Associate Producer for HGTV where he learned the ins and outs of Reality TV Production. In 2010, he made the move to LA where he began working as a Production Assistant on shows such as CSI: NY, Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Dexter and many others.   Eager to show his creative chops, Eric decided to leave the world of traditional production behind and took a leap of faith by joining the viral video factory Maker Studios (later Disney Digital) as one of the first 40 employees, where he shot and edited hundreds of viral videos over a 6 year period
with view counts as high as 31 million.

At Maker Studios, Eric honed his ability to grab and hold people's attention. He learned how to make videos that resonated with people in way that was deemed "share worthy".  From there, he took those learnings to Snapchat as it began to gain traction in the media space. He was hired to help build the brand Brother from a concept to a highly successful channel with 12 million subscribers at its peak. Off of the success of Brother, Eric's boss asked him and one other employee to help launch an interactive crime show designed specifically for Snapchat.  Launching quietly on Brother, their Pilot episodes saw instant engagement metrics that rivaled Snapchat's most successful shows. Solve was born.

At Solve, Eric solidified his leadership and creative acumen.  He was responsible for hiring and managing a full time staff of Producers, Coordinators, Casting Directors, Art Directors, Editors, Assistant Editors and Graphic Designers in addition to the dozens of freelance crew members needed to create 18 five minute episodes per month. He managed budgets, built organizational structures, created schedules and timelines all while also acting as the Lead Director of three teams, setting the tone and style to define the Solve brand. He oversaw all 236 episodes from a Producer perspective while simultaneously directing of 95 episodes himself. The success of the show resulted in a TV deal with Dick Wolf, a hit Podcast and 7 million Snapchat subscribers.

Then came 2020, the year that turned the world upside down. Solve fell apart. Production around the world halted but Eric was not deterred. He used the opportunity to start his production company, Smooth & Fast Productions.  He began working with clients such as Headspace, Skillshare, Pixels.com and LiveOne. He became Showrunner for an internet music competition called Self Made which was a complete success. In fact, it was such a success that he was offered the position of VP of Production at Live One on the heels of that show.  For the next year, Eric ran production and produced Live Stream Concerts all over the country in cities such as New York, Austin, Chicago, Miami and Los Angeles including the Tik Tok vs YouTuber boxing match entitled "Social Gloves" as well as the giant EDM Festival "Spring Awakening".

Today, Eric runs Smooth and Fast Productions for various Corporate Clients and has recently begun developing several of his own shows and movies.
